3-4 ripe avocadoes, pitted and roughly chopped
1/2 cup white onion, minced (about 1/2 medium onion)
1-2 jalapenos, minced
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 lime, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and mash with a potato masher until completely combined (but leave the avocado a bit chunky).
2. Give it a stir with a spoon to distribute everything evenly.
3. Taste for salt and lime, and add more if necessary.
If you want to store it, put it in a plastic tupperware, squeeze a little lime juice over the top, and then press plastic wrap tightly down over the top while making sure to squeeze out all of the air pockets before placing the lid on top. This way it will keep overnight in the fridge without browning or losing any flavor.
