Perfect Breakfast Cinnamon-Fruit Topping

What you need: 

3 apples, cored and chopped
1 sliced banana
1 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon vanilla soymilk (or plain with a splash of vanilla)
1 tablespoon oats

What you do: 

*I don’t usually measure when I make this, so it may be off.
-Place half the brown sugar and cinnamon into a bag with walnuts.. beat it until you have crushed walnuts.
-Empty bag into a mixing bowl with the remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, oats, and vanilla soymilk.
-Mix until smooth.
-Add apples and toss until they’re fully coated.. then add bananas and lightly toss till coated.
Serve onto of pancakes, waffles or by itself. :)
