Pepperoni Pizza Bread

What you need: 

2 packs soy pepperoni
1/2 cup tomato sauce
6 oz. shredded vegan soy cheese mozzerella flavor
2 large loaves Italian bread
3/4 cup olive oil

What you do: 

Cut vegan bread in half lengthwise. Set top halves aside. Pour and spread oil evenly onto both bottom halves. Spread sauce evenly over the oil. Next layer on the pepperoni and finish by sprinkling soy cheese on top. Now put the top halves back on the vegan bread and wrap with foil. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven about 20-25 minutes or until soy cheese is melted.
