Peanutbutter Cup Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup chocolate nondairy milk (I prefer silk chocolate soy milk)
1 banana, chunked
1/4 to 1/3 cup natural peanut butter (just a big blob, no need to measure)
2 pitted dates, minced (optional)
5 frozen strawberries (optional, but really good)

What you do: 

Put all ingredients in the blender & blend until smooth.
