Peanut Punch

What you need: 

12 ounces apple juice or soymilk
One frozen banana
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1/4 cup rolled oats (uncooked)

What you do: 

1) Combine ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I love this stuff Ive made it so many times.... I use one frozen banana and one regular banana..... a little of both apple juice and soy milk is good too...
