Peanut Butter Toast

What you need:

Slice of bread
Good vegan peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
maple syrup
sliced strawberries, bananas, blueberries, or whatever fruit you want (optional)

What you do:

Spread as much peanut butter as you want on the bread. Toast or broil until peanut butter starts to sizzle & bread seems toasted. Top with vegan maple syrup & any desired fruit.
This is really good --eat it right away while still hot. Great for breakfast, dessert, snack, lunch, dinner...

SO HOW'D IT GO?

;D
This is absolutely wonderful. I used extra crunchy natural peanut butter, topped with thin slices of banana and drizzled with maple syrup. Yum!

I live for peanut butter on toast, but I don't like to eat too much of it. This is a delicious way to get my peanut butter fix, but not eat as much since the banana is most of the spread. Thanks!
