Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting
4 oz Tofutti better than cream cheese
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
6 Tablespoon vegan margarine (Soy Garden or Earth Balance, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix together cream cheese, peanut butter, & butter till fluffy.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
I bet this would be great on either a banana or chocolate cake.
