Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

What you need: 

1/2 cup vegan margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4-1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 mashed banana
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup dark vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix sugars, banana, and peanut butter, vanilla.
In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix the two bowls together than add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I happened to have apple bananas around and used three for this recipe.  The cookies were great.  This recipe is a keeper!

Delicious and easy! I think you forgot to put the margarine into the directions, I creamed it with the sugars before adding the banana & peanut butter.  Changes I made: gluten-free flours and I used a trail mix instead of chocolate chips. 

I'll def make these again.
