Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookie

What you need: 

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 banana
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy milk
1 cup bran
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

What you do: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Blend vegan margarine, peanut butter, vegan sugar and mashed banana. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls, place on sheet, and flatten with your fingers or a fork
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
