Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cream of Wheat

What you need: 

1/8 cup wheat germade
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon natural sugar
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
3 tablespoon peanut butter (or tahini)

What you do: 

In small pot mix all ingredient except peanut butter. Cook on low heat stirring constantly. When done it should have the consistency of jam. Mix in peanut butter (or tahini) and eat.
Works best with cold water, because if you start with hot to boiling, you will get lumps in it.
Can be served with rice or soy milk poured over it.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

The peanut butter and chocolate cream of wheat is a bit sweet. It's good, though. Just maybe not first thing in the morning. It's easy as well. In the microwave, make the cream of wheat as is directed on the box. Watch it closely, though. It can make a big mess if you're not careful. After it is finished, add the other ingredients and mix them in. They stir in easily and melt quickly.
