Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cream of Wheat
1/8 cup wheat germade
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon natural sugar
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
3 tablespoon peanut butter (or tahini)
In small pot mix all ingredient except peanut butter. Cook on low heat stirring constantly. When done it should have the consistency of jam. Mix in peanut butter (or tahini) and eat.
Works best with cold water, because if you start with hot to boiling, you will get lumps in it.
Can be served with rice or soy milk poured over it.
