Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Sandwich

What you need: 

2 slices vegan bread (We like the Sesame Ezekiel bread)
crunchy peanut butter
creamy peanut butter
vegan chocolate chips

What you do: 

Toast the Bread and spread the crunchy PB on one side and the creamy PB on the other. Sprinkle with a chocolate chips, put the slices together and enjoy. The toasted bread makes the chocolate chips start to melt a bit :)
This was developed by my 3 year old who “had an idea” so I went along with it and we love it (he only gets about 10 chips on his sandwich). I hope you do too.
