1 large can peaches
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
2 Tbls. applesauce
Drain the peaches and place in a glass baking dish. In a separate bowl mix together the brown vegan sugar and flour. Add the applsauce. Spread the cumbly mixture over the peaches. Add cinnamon if desired. Bake at 350 for thirty minutes.
This recipe is also good with can cherry pie filling or apple pie filling in place of the peaches.
