Pasta and Vegtables

What you need: 

1 cup miso
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup vinegarette dressing
soba noodles
vegetables of any kind i.e. broccoli, mushrooms,

What you do: 

Mix miso, almond butter, vinegarette dressing together well. Steam vegetables to liking. Cook soba noodles el dante. Toss together and serve. This can be eaten warm or as a chilled pasta salad.
You can also substitute warm apple cider in place of vinegarette dressing.
