The Original Smoothie

What you need: 

1 medium banana
1 cup apple juice (or to your taste)
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Note - You can replace the juice with any other kind of juice or soy milk. You can also replace the strawberries with any other kind of fruit. The number of bananas depends on the number of people you are serving.
