Orange Miso Sauce

What you need: 

3 tablespoons yellow miso paste
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/2 orange - in pieces, or 1/8 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons sesame oil

What you do: 

Put all ingredients in a blender, whammy!
It's really good if you use the whole thing as a marinade for a whole package of tofu (cut up) then bake it for 30 minutes, turning it over halfway. It also makes a really good sauce for rice and dressing for salad! So yummy

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was way too salty for me. I used mellow white miso paste instead of yellow and apple juice instead of orange (I couldn't taste the apple at all). I tried it as salad dressing
