Oh Sweet Quinoa-Porridge

What you need: 

1/4 cup quinoa, rinsed
3/4 cup water
2 dried apricots
1/2 banana
a pinch of salt
pumpkin/flax/sunflower/any other seeds

What you do: 

Ok, this takes a while to make, but you can prep it in the evening by putting all dry ingredients in a pan in the evening and keep it in the fridge, and just add water in the morning.
It is also a magic dish, as it will keep you smiling through out the whole day. Honestly. This is what you should eat every day. You won't get hungry again until dinnertime, and it's soooo healthy. Go ahead and try it!
1. Put quinoa, cinnamon (more than a little), salt and raisins in a pan. Chop the banana and apricots into tiny pieces and add; also add the water.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Add water if needed.
3. Scoop into a bowl, add soy milk and seeds. Eat.
