Oaty Seed Brownies

What you need:

1 1/3 cup (140g.) millet flour
1/3 cup (53g.) brown rice flour
6 tablespoons (60g.) raisins
1/4 cup (40g.) whole flax seeds
1/2 cup (82g.) oats
1/2 cup (30g.) sunflower kernels
1 1/2 cup (288g.) sugar
1/2 cup (110g.) firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoons (3g.) sea salt
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (70g.) cocoa powder
2 teaspoons (10mL.) vanilla
2 teaspoons (10g.) baking powder
3/4 cup (177mL.) canola Oil + 2/3 cup Water
3 teaspoons xanthan gum (9.5g) + 2 egg substitutes

What you do:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Just mix everything together, no special order needed.
If you are using a glass baking dish, no need to oil, otherwise oil or spray your pan. Put it all into a 9x13 dish (it will be kind of thick) and bake for between 18-23 minutes.
The flours can easily be substituted but be aware that millet and rice flour are very dense and you will probably need to change how much water you use and depending on your flour of choice may not need the xanthan gum. You might want to cook these longer if you don't like your brownies extra gooey. :)
