Oatmeal Cookies

What you need: 

2 bananas (mashed)
soy milk as needed (i used about 1/4 cup i think...)
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
dash salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash nutmeg
about 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
3/4 cup oats

What you do: 

Blend first 4 ingredients, add the remaining ingredients. Form into balls and drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Great guilt free way of satisfying my sweet tooth. I think the sweetness from the bananas was enough, so i didn't use any sugar. Also used whole wheat and unbleached flour. thanks for the recipe.
