New & Improved Smooth Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

What you need:

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (all peanuts)
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup vanilla nondairy milk
3 tablespoon vegan butter (for greasing pan)

What you do:

1. Toss everything into a pot and stir over medium low heat until smooth and creamy. Grease and cover with cocoa a 9x9" pan.
2. Takes about 5 minutes. If it’s too thick, add a splash of whatever milk you’re using. If you accidentally put too much milk, keep stirring until it thickens a bit.
3. Once texture is even, pour into prepared pan. Put in the fridge or freezer to cool (depending on how patient you are). The fudge is soft, so chill before serving.
I brought the whole pan into work and everyone attacked them so I'm not sure what the actual serving was!

Just took these out of the freezer, i did everything by the directions, i also drizzled some peanut butter on top like the pic, they didn't seem smooth when i put them into the pan, but they turned out amazing! I'd never made fudge before, vegan or otherwise, but this is amazing! So easy too! ;)b

This is a great recipe, my fudge came out thick and maintained a perfect texture. I used vegetable shortening in place of "butter" . I also added walnuts.
So simple to make

Really good! I also used vanilla instead of chocolate soy milk, chunky pb instead of smooth, and added about 1 cup of shredded coconut to the put, and sprinkled more on top. SOOO tasty! Definitely going to be my Christmas gift to friends. VERY rich too-- a dark chocolate taste. yummy.

I love this recipe!! The only thing I changed was I used 1/2 cup of peanut butter instead.  Then I microwaved a couple spoons of PB and drizzled it over the top right before I put it in the freezer.  Mmmmm.....soooo good!!  :)>>>

mmmm this was so good
i tweaked it just a bit
i'm on a diet (so of course i make fudge? haha) so for the chocoIate i did 1/4 cup 80% cocoa chocoIate (minimaI sugar) and 1/4 semi sweet; then for the 1/3 cup chocoIate soymiIk i did 1/3 cup unsweetened chocoIate aImond miIk (no sugar). i figured the 2 cups of powdered sugar wouId make up for it, and i did the optionaI 1 tsp. vaniIIa and omitted the 3 tbsp. of aImond butter i beIieve it was. i dabbed off aII the extra oiI when i put it in the pan (there was quite a bit)
put it in the freezer and took it out a bit Iater
again, i say mmmmm
nice dark chocoIate fIavor and reaIIy good texture. both my sister and mom ate it (non vegan) and they gobbIed it down.
thanks for the recipe!

WOW!!! literally pulled this out of the fridge, and that's all I could say.  This stuff is amazing.  I don't know why anyone had an issue with oil, I used half chocolate peanut butter(not sure the brand, its vegan and uses natural sugars) and half extremely oily peanut butter out of the bulk bucket thing at the store.  I used probably an extra 1/3-1/2 cup or so of chocolate chips, and didn't make exact measurements on anything really.  Anyway, it came out hard, perfect, smooth, delicious.  No oilyness or anything.  Perfect fudge.  Also, while I was cooking it, i cooked it on pretty high for the first bit, then turned it down pretty low, and kept stirring, and it changed consistency to where it was very oily and didnt stick to the pan at all, it just looked very oily, so I kept stirring and it stayed that way, poured it into a contained, put it in the fridge, next day, PERFECT FUDGE! Thanks tons!!!

These goodies were AMAZING. I have never tried making fudge before, but who knew it was so easy?  I will easily gain 5lbs off this recipe since I'm hope alone with it....haha

This was amazing, i did some altering though. I added only 1/4 cup of cocoa and i also added 2 Tbsp maple syrup, i have this thing for peanut butter and maple for some reason. It was a tad bit oily so i dabbed the top with paper towels haha. It et perfect, not too firm or too runny. Definately will make again.
