My Veggie Lunch

What you need: 

oil, as needed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
1 zucchini, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup beans
1 (15 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
1 cup whole wheat pasta, cooked

What you do: 

1. In big skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil.. Add onion and garlic and cook about 1-2 minutes. Add spices.
2. Add in veggies and cook until veggies are done to your likeness (I like to leave some crunch). Add tomatoes and beans and cook until warmed through.
3. Add pasta to let soak up juices. Season, to taste.
