mustardy breakfast tofu

What you need: 

1 package of firm tofu, crumbled
1 small red onion
1 small green bell pepper
tablespoon soy sauce
tablespoon canola oil
1-2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
Sliced dill rye bread

What you do: 

1. Saute onions and peppers in oil and soy sauce for a few minutes.  

2. Add the tofu and mustard. Cook, stirring often.  
3. Fry the mixture until the mustard gets nice and browned.  
4. Serve on or with rye toast.
