Moroccan Carrots

What you need: 

2 cups carrots, sliced 1/4" thick
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon coriander

What you do: 

1. Bring carrots to boil.
2. After 5 minutes, remove from heat and drain.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir about.
Experiment with other flavorings, such as garlic, turmeric, oregano, and other spices and herbs. Easy to make and there is almost an endless number of combinations that are quite satisfying. Perhaps you have a flavor you prefer....

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This was certainly quick and easy, though I would recommend starting with 1/2 tsp. cumin and going up from there....it kind of overpowered the paprika.
