it's actually a traditionnel recipe, in algeria, over the years algerians only have cooked it. Now i'm guessing it's time for others to taste the beauty we're cooking. the name Moha, isn't the real name it's actually (mchoucha) but i made it easy for others to read it by making it into Moha.
4 tbsp of flour (the more eggs you add the more flour)
3 tbsp of baking powder
put the egg and the flour together scrmble them real well, then add the baking powder and keep scrambling until you have a liquid fine mix
then, you put some vegan oil in a pan aand ou anoit the pan with the oil.
on a smal fire you put the mix and cover it.
leave it for about 20 minutes then turn it on the other side. meave it for 2 minutes, then take it out it's ready to be served.
cut it into pieces, and use honey or jam on top of it and voila :)!
