Great for late night studying Snacks. You could probably even add some instant coffee to them before you cook them.

This recipe was outstanding! :D

This was soooo good! i made it GF: 1/3 cup of corn startch, 1/3 cup of cassava flour, 1/3 cup of rice flour and coconut oil, instead of the oilve oil... the result was sooooooo yummy and quick! THANKS A LOT! this is a keeper for sure!

;)b Put smuckers natural pb on top with some raisins and you are good to go!

I really liked the texture of this opposed to other microwave brownies I've tried. Almost more cake-y or something. I didn't have any chocolate chips so I used some almonds instead and I cooked it for about 3 and 1/2 minutes. The banana is very obvious but I personally like it.  :>

Here's what happened:

substituted 1/4 C. silken firm tofu for the banana
substituted 1/8 C. veg oil + 1.5 T margarine for the olive oil
added 1/4 C cold water
added 2 generous squirts of chocolate syrup

Nuked it for 5 minutes on high.  SO DELICIOUS!!

These have a betta texture than other microwave brownie recipes I've tried. With others you either get a hot doughy goo, or a hard crunchy rock. These result in cakey sweet brownies (some prefer fudgy, some like cakey). I prefer fudgey but I like these just fine  :)

I did change a few things. Instead of banana or apple sauce I used around half a cup of coconut milk from the can, and added a couple splashes of so delicious coconut milk to everything (the batter is really
dry without the extra liquid. I also added about three tablespoons of veganese (vegan mayo) as an egg replacer (don't worry, you can't taste it). I actually just filled a small bowl with a bit of the mix and microwaved it for 2 minutes. Portion control :D

Microwave is NOT VEGaN.. No only does it kill all Nutrition!!! it also Mutates your food... so anybody starting this lifestyle should use a toaster oven...
these post are just disgusting to me!!!

I don't think anybody here advocates using a microwave to cook all food.  Also, please supply proof how a microwave mutates food into an animal therefore making it not vegan.  If all you have is your own quack opionion then keep it to yourself or join an anti-microwave forum.  Eating a microwave brownie every once in a while will not kill you.  As for as everyone's post being disgusting, look in the mirror because an idiot just posted the previous one.

wow.. so you yourself should as well look pond da mirror.. and i stick with my previous statement.. it is all these microwave recipes are Disgusting to I.~
