Mexican Friendly Bean Dip
1 - 14 ounce can black beans, rinsed
1 - 14 ounce can stewed tomatoes (or tomatoes and green chile)
1) Puree tomatoes and jalapeno in food processor until jalepeno is evenly dispersed and pour into a medium pot. Pour rinsed beans into food processor and blend until smooth and look slightly refried. Add to the pot and let them cook for 10 minutes or until warm.
Serve as a spread on biscuits, in tortillas, or with tortilla chips!
