Matcha Shake

What you need: 

2-2 1/4 cups oat milk (500 mL)

3 tablespoons agave syrup 
1 leveled teaspoon matcha (green tea powder, available in organic grocery stores or on the internet)
1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla
2 scoops of Vanilla Cashew Ice Cream

Ice Cream: 

2 vanilla bean pods

3/4 cup cashew butter (200 g)
15 ice cubes (190 g)
2 1/2 tablespoons agave syrup (35 g)
Sea salt
3/4 cup blueberries (100 g)
3/4 - 1 cup strawberries (100 g)
3/4 - 1 cup raspberries (100 g)
3 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup (50 mL)
What you do: 

Mix all ingredients well in a blender. Pour into glasses and then put into the freezer for 10 minutes. Add 1 scoop of Vanilla Cashew Ice Cream to each glass and serve immediately.
