1/2 pound small pasta (like orzo)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
hot sauce

What you do:

1) Place all ingredients except hot sauce in a pot and cover with water. Cook over medium heat until the pasta is al dente. Add hot water until it's the consistency you like. Add as much hot sauce as you like.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This recipe was a nice and comforting base.  I added onion, fresh parsley, and a little can of V8 and used dry lentils, and fresh spinach so it had more of a home-made flavor.  I liked the warming ginger.
