Lemon Garlic Hummus

What you need: 

1 - 15 ounce can chickpeas
1 to 2 lemons
1 to 3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt, to taste

What you do: 

1) Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

You can add other seasonings, tahini, or red pepper flakes if you wish.  We usually eat it like this, but it can be altered however you wish.
