Krishna's Guilty Pleasure

What you need: 

4 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 onion, chopped
3 red apples, chopped
vegan butter, to taste
caraway seeds, crushed, to taste
dill, to taste, optional
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup granola, optional

What you do: 

1. Stir fry shredded cabbage, chopped onions and apples in saute pan in vegan butter.
2. Add seasonings, to your own tastes. Continue stir frying until vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. If desired, mix in granola for added crunch.
