SO HOW'D IT GO?

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF BAKED KALE IS?? I SUSPECT IT'S NO WHERE NEAR AS HIGH AS RAW OR BOILED KALE.. NOT THAT I DON'T LOOOOVE THESE CHIPS - I'M JUST CONCERNED THEY'RE NOT AS HEALTHY AS THEY SEEM  :(

Um, yeah, not so good. I like kale but these didnt work for me. They definitely do not taste like potato chips. Thanks for trying though.

I threw in some seasoned salt and garlic powder, and the end product turned out very flavorful.  There was quite a bit of moisture, so I ended up baking the kale for much longer than 10 minutes (checking every few minutes and turning the pan to prevent burning the greens).

Yep just like everyone else said they are really really great! I made two batches, the first I added cumin, mustard, salt pepper, and spike to. The second batch I liked even more I added hot sauce, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast. Great snack and super easy.

These were, in fact, pretty good! I think everyone's ovens cook differently, so just figure out how long it takes to cook yours and you'll do fine. Mine was 13 minutes. I put the kale pieces in a big ziploc bag with the salt, oil, and vinegar and shook them up so they would be evenly coated. (I would have used my big tupperware but it wasn't available.) I had some brown ones that were too cooked, some wet ones that weren't cooked quite enough, but most were just right. I liked them any would eat them again, but I guess I just prefer sauteed kale and potato chips (not together).

these were different... I think my problem was too much salt. I will definitely try making them again, maybe adding some garlic to them. My dog liked them too.

Seriously good and seriously addictive! Made some last night but I ate them all before my bf could taste any so I'm making more today.

What a fantastic snack! :) Very filling too. I was surprised at how fine their texture is when they go crispy, it's almost like seaweed in a way but I absolutely loved them. I seasoned them with a little additional sea salt & garlic powder and they were *perfect*.  You definitely have to keep an eye on them so that they don't burn!
