SO HOW'D IT GO?

I am dieing to try this recipe, I never had just plain kale(only in mixed greens). Beet and radish greens we have just been using in the compost pile! Course,  I didn't find out about garlic scapes until this season either(LOL)! How do you prepare those greens for this recipe? We almost always have them on hand ;)b

OH MY GOODNESS!!  ;D  These were so delicious!  I ended up adding about 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and a generous sprinkling of nutritional yeast.  I cooked them for 12 minutes.  Everyone should try this!
I have also roasted brussel sprouts this way (separated the leaves so they get crispy in the oven like chips) and they are also very tasty.  For those I just use sea salt, olive oil & a little freshly ground black pepper.

This was so good, I made two batches and ate the entire thing all by myself!

I followed the recipe exactly, and I wouldn't change a thing.

OH MY GOSH.  :)>>> I L.O.V.E. this dish. Easy, fast and cheap. These are my favorite recipes (being a broke college student who's perpetually short on time).  :D I will definitely make this again and try out some seasonings with it too!

I have never even heard of kale before but this was definitely a great first experience. I look forward to trying all different spices! So delicious  ;)b

ooof. these.
these?
these right here?
these are my new kryptonite.
so many reviews pulled me in one direction then so many pulled me in another.
conflicted feelings surrounding me, i tore up the leaves. i tossed them in the oil & vinegar.
THEN! i dashed the whole pile of 'em with: paprika, garlic salt, onion salt & nutritional yeast.
10 minutes later...heaven.
:)>>>

please try these. don't let the mixed reviews sway you. try the seasonings i did-- it makes them divine!
