Italian Herb & Beer Bread
3 cups self-rising flour (or 1 cup all purpose flour, plus 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, plus 1/8 teaspoons salt for each cup self rising flour)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 cup parmesan cheese alternative (I use Parma!)
1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs or 1 teaspoon each oregano, basil and thyme
1 (12 ounce) can beer
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl, mix well. Add beer and again, mix well.
3. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
