Iced Ginger Green Tea

What you need: 

2 quarts (a generous 2 litres) water
1/2 cup grated fresh ginger
juice of one lemon
4 bags green or white tea
sweetener of choice

What you do: 

Bring water to a boil with ginger and lemon juice; simmer 5 minutes. Add teabags and steep for another 5 minutes. Strain, sweeten to taste and serve over ice.
