Iced Chai Soymilk

What you need:

Chai Tea Mix
6 Chai tea bags
3 cups water
1/3 cup agave nectar (or up to 1/2 cup to taste, I find that 1/3 is perfect)

Ice, as needed
1/2 cup sweetened tea mix
1 cup soymilk

What you do:

1) Bring water and chai tea bags to a soft boil and simmer for about 5 to 8 minutes. Let cool then remove the tea bags and stir in agave nectar. This tea mix will make approximately 6 servings, following the instructions below.
2) To make a serving of iced Chai Soymilk, take a glass and fill it with ice. Add 1/2 cup of the chai mixture and 1 cup of soymilk to the glass. Add a straw and enjoy.
This mixture can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks, maybe longer. Sticking to this ratio, the mix will give you about 6 servings, but you can adjust it to your taste. Enjoy!!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

yep! It was awesome. I used a little more of the tea/agave mixture than called for so that the chai taste was stronger. I love this!
