I Cannot Believe They're not Scrambled Eggs!

What you need:

1/2 tablespoon olive oil
dash garlic powder
8 ounces firm tofu, drained (I use Nasoya firm)
soy sauce, to taste (just enough to color tofu a very light brown)
1 1/2-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
prepared mustard, to taste

What you do:

1. In a skillet or small frying pan, heat up the oil with the garlic powder for a minute or two over medium-high heat. Crumble the tofu and begin to sauté.
2. After a few minutes, add the soy sauce, but just enough to give the tofu a light brown color. Mix well. Sprinkle on the nutritional yeast and mix well again.
3. Mix in the mustard and cook the tofu to desired brownness. Enjoy!'

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I always add a pinch of golden turmeric for color and flavor! Delicious when wrapped in a tortilla :D
