Hot Peanut Cereal

What you need:

2 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup raw peanut meal
1 1/2 teaspoon soy grits
1/4 cup raisins
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup soy milk

What you do:

Start heating the water and the salt.
Stir in the flour, peanut meal, and grits using a wire whisk to stir the mixture smooth.
Add the raisins and the sugar.
While you are adding ingredients to the heated water, the mixture will come to a boil. Turn the heat down quickly to avoid an over-boiled mess.
Cook the mixture uncovered over medium-low heat until it thickens, about 10 -15 minutes depending on how thick you like it.
