Hot Banana Time

What you need: 

1 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon flaked almonds
2 pieces vegan chocolate
dash nondairy milk (I use soy)

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Add banana to an oven-proof bowl. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over it.
2. Add the raisins, almonds, chocolate and dash milk.
3. Pop in the oven for 10-15 minutes, and voila, a lovely healthy pudding!
I know this recipe is simple, but it really is amazing!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Hey guys, you should try this with the holiday flavors of Silk soy milk. It's AWESOME! I tried it with Silk Nog and also with Silk Pumpkin Spice. Just amazing!

just to report back: i think this does taste a little better in the oven.  this is an awesome recipe. soo freakin' easy to get a really tasty dessert that is semi-healthy!  i will be making this all the time. thank you sooo much!

this is really yummy. i was lazy/impatient and just put it in the microwave, but next time i will try in the oven.  i will definitely be making this again. thanks!
