Homemade Chocolate

What you need:

2 tablespoon melted coconut oil

3 tablespoon agave nectar

4 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dash of sea salt (about 1/4 teaspoon)

Hemp seed for garnish, optional

What you do:

It's quite important to follow the measurements, as slight variations will result in a much sweeter or bitter chocolate. With that said, if you prefer your chocolate sweet, by all means, add a bit agave nectar, and vice versa.

Start by melting the coconut oil. Mix to it the agave nectar, sea salt, vanilla extract and (if using) hemp seeds. Add in cocoa powder until thoroughly combined, than lay over mixture in chocolate molds. If you do not have a mold (as is my case), simply put a plastic wrap in a bowl, and pour the chocolate in it. Freeze until solid, and enjoy.

I challenge you not to finish it in one sitting.
