2 ripe avocados
1 large tomato (or 2 small romas) chopped
2 to 3 slices red onion chopped REAL fine
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 dashes garlic powder
3 dashes paprika
dash or more cayenne (depends how hot you want it)
sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
juice from 1 lemon or lime
This recipe is fresh, easy, delicious.. and loves your Corn Chips!
First cut up your avos. Mash them with a fork so they are still a little chunky.
Then chop up your tomato and onion and throw em' on top. Mix in with the avo.. but be gentle, the tomatoes tend to fall apart.
Then add HALF your lemon/lime juice, and spices.
Then add the olive oil. Make sure you do this after the spices.
Finish off with rest of juice and stir it up real nice.
Serve with corn chips, water crackers, or spread on a sandwich for an extra kick! It's very versatile.. and VERY yum.
