High Protein Brownies/Bars

What you need: 

Dry Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup gluten flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar or equivilant sweetener
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup craisons or raisons
handful each chopped pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chocolate chips Moist Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup soy, almond or rice milk

What you do: 

1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix peanut butter and milk together as best as possible.
2. Combine moist ingredients with the dry mixture. Stir until incorporated.
3. Pour batter into 9" x 11" glass pan. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree F oven or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
4. When it comes out of the oven, score out pieces with a sharp knife. Allow to cool 5 minutes. Then recut pieces and serve.
Source of recipe: After trying various versions of this type of recipe, this is the one that had the best texture and consistancy.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

wow these sound intriguing, and i just happen to have all the ingrediants, i imagine them to be good and firm with the gluten flour in there, will prob make them tomorrow and report back. thanks for the recipe :)
