Healthy Vegan Soup

What you need: 

1/2 block tofu (silken-firm)
handful of steamed kale
1/2 a red pepper
1/2 a yellow pepper
1/2 large white onion
2 cups of vegetable broth
1 sliced carrot
any other veggies if prefered

What you do: 

I like to saute my tofu in some olive oil and soy sauce before adding to soup, but spice your tofu howe'ver you wish. This recipe is open to interpretation! :)
Heat veggie broth.
Shop veggies, add to broth.
Add steamed kale (high in calcium).
Keep on low heat until simmers.
**I like to put some alphabet letter macaroni in my soup accationally for fun.
