Healthy Trail Mix

What you need:

2 cups hulled sunflower seeds
2 cups slivered almonds
2 cups unsalted roasted soybeans
2 cups dried pineapple chunks
2 cups raisins
2 cups chopped dried apple
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried mango chunks

What you do:

Mix all ingredients.
When I make this, I usually put the trail mix in several small Ziploc bags, that way I don't need to carry a huge bag or container around with me when I want a little snack. I like to make this as an alternative to the "healthy" salt gladdened trail mix they sell at the grocery store.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I LOVE making my own trailmix too. I use (raw) cashew pieces, (raw) pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, dried mango (yuuuuuummmmmyyyy!!), and anything else that looks good in the bulk bins at Whole Foods!!

;D ;D
