1 pound vegan burger crumbles
2 teaspoons vegan butter or vegetable oil, divided
3 cups cooked pasta
1 1/2 cups vegan cheddar style sauce (I love We Can't Say It's Cheese Cheddar Sauce)
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Brown vegan burger crumbles with 1 teaspoon oil or butter.
2. Lightly coat cooked pasta with other teaspoon olive oil. Mix crumbles with pasta.
3. Add vegan cheddar sauce, and heat until melted, mix well. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Variations: Mix in your favorite veggie for a goulash type dish.
