Hazels Decadent Fruit Salad
20 chocolate dipped strawberries
1/2 cup of parsimon pulp
1 cup orange juice
1 ripe mango
2 bananas (optional)
1 passion fruit
1 bunch of grapes
4 cooked apples (soft but not mush)
1 starfruit (to place on top)
(be imaganative: add something else)
Note: before commencing this recipe remember all liquidy ingredients go in first.
Dip all strawberries in semi-sweet vegan chocolate. Cut kiwis and marinate in orange juice for 15 min before adding into bowl. Rip mango and papaya into bite size pieces and mix in. Mix in parsimon pulp. Put apples into microwave for 3 min. with 1/2 cup of orange juice (use remaining from marinade). Mix in apples. Add in pineapple, cherries, strawberries, bananas, starfruit and grapes on top. Sprinkle with brown vegan sugar and cinnamon to taste.
