Hawaiian Holiday Smoothie

What you need: 

1/2 pkg. peach mango dessert tofu (about 175g)
1 medium banana
1/4 cup pineapple chunks plus a bit of juice (3 -4 Tbs..)
1/4 - 1/2 cup soy milk (depending how thick you want it)
1 - 2 Tbs.. unsweetened coconut

What you do: 

Blend all ingredients in blender and enjoy! Ingredient amounts are estimates - I don't usually measure. You can adjust the amount of liquid to get the desired thickness.
