Half-baked Tomatoes

What you need: 

2 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
basil, to taste
oregano, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Simply halve the tomatoes, cut an x across the exposed side.
2. Spread garlic and other spices in the cuts and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake for around 10 minutes.
Easy, fast and very tasty.

I made these this morning but without the oregano. I cooked them 10 minutes longer due to the size of the tomato but it tasted great. Will be eating this again for sure!

This was good, but I had to cook it for a lot longer... probably 20-25 minutes until it softened up.
