Gs Fried Rice

What you need: 

2 cups basmati brown rice
1 lb. firm tofu
Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 red pepper
1 onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 shredded carrot
1 cup frozen peas
salt and pepper

What you do: 

Cook the rice according to the directions. Drain tofu and Cut into Small cubes. Drench in Braggs. Then fry (in large fry pan) in oil until crisp. Set aside. Cut the pepper, onion and garlic up small, and fry for about three minutes. Add carrot and continue frying. Now add the rice which should be done and the peas and tofu. Also add some more Braggs and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through and enjoy.
