Grilled Vegetable Medley

What you need: 

1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1/2 pound whole button mushrooms
2 stalks celery, in 1 1/2" pieces
12 whole cherry tomatoes
1 small zucchini, sliced 1/2" thick
1 large Spanish onion, cut into 8 to 12 chunks
ground black pepper, to taste
parsley, to taste
oregano, to taste
basil, to taste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup fat free Italian dressing

What you do: 

1. Toss vegetables with herbs, soy sauce, and dressing.
2. Cook in microwave 5 minutes on high.
3. Transfer vegetables to a wire grill and place on BBQ. Baste with reserved dressing mixture.
4. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
