Grilled Cheez and Fake Bacon! The American Classic

What you need: 

2 slices of vegan bacon, such as Light life or Smart
2 slices of bread, I use hearty white
2 tablespoons vegan margarine-I use whipped earth balance
vegan cheese slice-I use tofutti American
optional: side of fries and ketchup, pickle, coleslaw

What you do: 

Melt half a tablespoon of vegan margarine on pan, add fake bacon, and cook on each side until lightly darkened-I like mine a little blackened. Remove bacon one done, from pan and place on plate. 'Butter' one side of each piece of bread, place one down on pan and place slice on vegan cheese on top, place bacon pieces however you like on cheese and place second piece of bread on top. Grill to your preferred degree of "done" on both sides. Serve with optional sides such as fries and ketchup (Wild Oats Organic is really good), pickle or coleslaw or whatever else you fancy.
