Green Salsa

What you need:

3 to 4 tomatillo
2 jalapenos
1 large bunch cilantro
1 avocado
Juice of 1 Lime
3 to 5 cloves garlic
Salt, to taste

What you do:

1) Chop ingredients coarsely and then place into a food processor/blender. Mix all ingredients until you get a salsa that has the consistency of a thin oatmeal.
If you want to make the salsa mild, remove the seeds from the jalapenos and discard.
Store in the refrigerator. I find it best to consume this within 3 days, although have never had the salsa last longer than that. I use this as a dip, and also as a condiment on anything I would put salsa on normally.
Source of recipe: This is a recipe for salsa that is used all the time in my house. Its nothing too complicated but the end result is amazing.
